Being engaged in software development since 1987, Dmitry has gained a vast experience in web development. Over the recent 6 years he authored over 50 articles and reviews in IT-editions. Among his personal achievements is a popular nation-wide web portal DiVA.BY launched in 2001. Since that year he's been developing web-based content management systems.
