A valid SAPI document declares what version of SAPI is used in the document. Document type declaration names the document type definition (DTD) in this document (see [ISO8879]). To date, only one version of the SAPI language is available, and accordingly - only one DTD: (http://www.xmlsapiens.org/spec/sapi10.dtd).
